Marc Vandal, a managing director for foreign exchange at the Bank of Montreal (BMo) in Toronto, is being transferred to Singapore to become managing director and regional treasurer for the bank's Asia-Pacific treasury group, officials say. Vandal takes charge of managing the bank's treasury products and services for the region, starting on January 1.
