Huteau departs Credit Suisse after 17 years

Guillaume Huteau, head of local markets foreign exchange options trading in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and Latin America at Credit Suisse, has left the bank as part of an ongoing cost-reduction initiative.

Huteau had been at Credit Suisse for 17 years, and held positions spanning quantitative research, emerging markets fixed-income trading and most recently FX options and exotics.

Over the past five years he has focused on building up the bank's emerging markets FX options business
