The Federal Reserve Bank of New York's Foreign Exchange Committee (FXC) has appointed Troy Rohrbaugh, global head of FX and rates at JP Morgan, as its new chair.

Rohrbaugh, who is based in New York and had previously served on the committee as a member, succeeds Jeff Feig, global head of G-10 FX at Citi, who had chaired the FXC since 2010. Feig stepped down at the end of last year and Citi is currently not represented on the committee, although this could change in the coming months.
