Marex Spectron brings in Kyte’s head of FX trading

Chris Harland, head of foreign exchange trading at Kyte Group, has left the company to join Marex Spectron in FX sales and trading.

Based in London, Harland moves to Marex after spending nearly two years at the GFI-owned firm. In his new role, he will report to chief operating officer Ashraf Agha.

Prior to Kyte, Harland spent time in Hong Kong at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Merrill Lynch as an FX trader between 2009 and 2012. He also held a similar role at Merrill Lynch in London
