Ex-Nomura spot trader joins Stone Milliner

Another FX trader moves to the buy side

Darren Dempsey, former director and FX spot trader at Nomura, has joined Stone Milliner Asset Management.

Based in London, Dempsey has joined the buy side after spending more than four years at the Japanese bank. He was let go earlier this year, along with three other members of the FX sales and trading team: Max Popov, Antoine Berger and John Erratt.

Prior to Nomura, Dempsey worked at Barclays and Lehman Brothers for a combined total of nearly three years.
