Gain appoints Rose as CFO

Gain Capital Holdings has appointed Nigel Rose as chief financial officer (CFO) and executive vice-president, effective on October 1. He replaces Jason Emerson who is leaving to pursue other interests.

"We are pleased to have Nigel take on the role of CFO," said Glenn Stevens, chief executive of Gain.

Since 2010, Rose has been CFO of City Index Holdings, which was acquired by Gain in April.
