Peter Pengilley, director of capital markets at Wardley James Capel in Hong Kong, is joining Westpac Banking Corporation as head of capital markets, according to Ian Town, Westpac's Sydney-based general manager, derivatives and capital markets. Town says Pengilley's move signals an new integrated approach at Westpac to bring capital markets and derivatives under one umbrella.
