Sources say that chief dealer Jason Lawrence and sales manager Nick Law are among those who left Bank of Montreal (BMo) in London last week, as part of a restructuring of the Canadian bank's global FX operation. A further four spot traders and five sales dealers are also understood to have been let go (see related story, this issue), as well as a number of other trading and support staff. A spokesperson for BMo in Toronto confirms the departures but is unable to comment on individuals.
