Merrill Lynch Taps Neil MacKinnon For Senior Forex Research Post

LONDON--Merrill Lynch has announced the appointment of Neil MacKinnon as senior currency strategist, based in London. MacKinnon started his position last week, and replaces Michael Rosenberg, who was based in New York, but left to join Deutsche Bank in a similar position earlier this year.

MacKinnon will be responsible for developing short-term investment strategies for clients and will cooperate with the global economics team to form Merrill's long-term currency views, says John Key, managing
