BoA Merrill loses Rosmarin to Nomura

SINGAPORE - Trevor Rosmarin has left Bank of America Merrill Lynch to join Nomura as head of foreign exchange derivatives sales to hedge funds in Asia, say market sources.

Rosmarin, formally a Merrill Lynch employee before its merger with Bank of America, left a fortnight ago from his Hong Kong-based role at the US bank. There, he was a senior member of the hedge fund sales team for the region reporting locally to Sowen Ng, head of FX sales, Asia-Pacific excluding Japan.
