Stephen Caplen has joined technology provider Mosaic Smart Data as its chief financial officer from Enso Financial Management, where he was chief financial officer and chief operating officer.

The appointment completes the senior ranks of the company, with Mosaic founder Matthew Hodgson holding the chief executive role, while John Showell, who joined the firm in 2017, is chief operating officer.
