StanChart Plans Intranet-Based System To Address EU's CAD2

Standard Chartered Bank is set to build a global intranet-based foreign exchange and money markets trading system, using Tibco's Enterprise Transaction Express (ETX) messaging middleware and database technology from Informix Software, according to a source close to the development.
