Foreign Exchange Committee Revises Trading Guidelines

The Foreign Exchange Committee revised its "Guidelines for the Management of Foreign Exchange Trading Activities" last week, updating its stance on a number of issues and encouraging institutions to provide "a clear and fully documented audit trail of all foreign exchange transactions."
