New SocGen platform targets active traders

The platform, called First Access, streams executable prices to clients with single-click dealing capabilities. It will run parallel to SGFXTrade, SocGen's five-year-old request-for-stream (RFS) platform.

First Access maintains most of its predecessor's features but has been enhanced for use by active traders such as banks and hedge funds. Meanwhile, SGFXTrade is suitable for mid-tier corporate users for hedging and payment purposes.
