BarCap reshuffles Asia rates and FX

Romain is being replaced in his former role by Justin Bull, who is relocating to London from Hong Kong, where he was head of distribution for Asia-Pacific. Bull had held that role since September 2003.

In his new capacity, Bull will report to Jerry del Missier, co-president at Barclays Capital in London. Del Missier is responsible for BarCap’s global rates businesses and is regional head of Europe.

Meanwhile, taking up Bull’s former role in Asia is Kevin Burke, previously head of non-Japan Asia
